Health Empowering Humanity, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, empowers the most underprivileged communities to improve their quality of life through access to quality basic medical care. We consider basic health care a fundamental human right and strive to facilitate access to the knowledge, resources, and good health necessary for our partners to improve their own means of living. We aim to develop a sustainable model of community-based heath care by collaborating with local populations in resource-poor nations and benefactors and expert volunteers in resource-rich nations. Our ultimate goal is to reduce the oppressive burden of morbidity and mortality that rests squarely on the shoulders of the most underprivileged.
